Settlement model
How money flows from an order to each beneficiary — and when it actually lands.
Clearing wallet
When an order is recorded, its splits are staged in your company clearing wallet (one per currency) — not yet paid out. The dashboard shows the available and held balances per currency.
Holds
Splits funded by card or PayPal are held for a chargeback window (about 10 days) before they become settle-able. ZovoPay → ZovoPay payments are not held and clear immediately. Holds release automatically when the window matures.
Settlement modes
Each linked merchant/courier settles on its own schedule:
| Mode | Payout timing |
|---|---|
instant | Cleared funds are paid out almost immediately. |
daily | Accumulated cleared funds are paid once per day. |
weekly | Paid once per week. |
monthly | Paid once per month. |
A minimum-threshold can be set per beneficiary; payouts below it roll into the next cycle. You can also confirm pending payouts manually from the dashboard.
Disputes
You decide a dispute outcome from the dashboard; ZovoPay executes the reversal against the relevant beneficiary. Your platform commission is non-refundable on a dispute resolution.
